Beta Terms of Service

1. Who we are

2. The service
Aestus is an information and research terminal for prediction-market data. It may provide market information, public-source research, charts, summaries, probabilities, and model-generated estimates.
Aestus does not operate a prediction market or betting platform, execute or route trades, hold or transfer money, sell picks, or provide individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice.
3. No reliance or recommendation
The service is for general informational and educational purposes. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, revised, unavailable, or subject to third-party terms. Model outputs are estimates, not facts, guarantees, recommendations, or instructions. You are responsible for your own decisions and should obtain professional advice where appropriate.
4. Beta status
The service is experimental. Features, sources, coverage, outputs, and availability may change or stop without notice. We do not promise continuous availability, error-free operation, preservation of data, or any particular result.
5. Eligibility and acceptable use
The beta is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service where you live. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and comply with applicable law and third-party terms.
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, overload or scrape systems, infringe rights, upload malware or unlawful content, impersonate others, manipulate data, or use Aestus to facilitate unlawful trading, betting, fraud, or harassment.
6. Sources and third-party services
Aestus currently uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, DNS, and security, and Polymarket public APIs for market and event data. Aestus does not control third-party content, availability, accuracy, or terms. Aestus is not affiliated with or endorsed by Polymarket unless expressly stated.
7. Intellectual property
Aestus and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, trademarks, methodology, and original content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information that you are not authorized to provide.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal, abuse, operational, or Terms-violation reasons. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and accrued obligations survive termination.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or suitability for any decision.
